Use the form on this page to request your date, time, expected attendance, and setup. Bookings are confirmed upon approval and payment.

What’s Included
Tables and chairs, whiteboard, access to bathrooms, on-site parking. Light refreshments are welcome; serving kitchen access may be requested for warming only.
Conditions (Summary)

Outside user groups must carry event liability insurance.

Only approved A/V operators may use sanctuary equipment (if requested).

No nails, staples, push-pins, or tape on walls; décor must be removable.

No smoking; no confetti/glitter/straw/hay; follow provincial health measures.

Include setup and teardown time in your booking.
Cleanup Checklist
Wipe tables, tidy surfaces, reset furniture, remove trash to dumpster with new liners, turn off lights, close windows, and lock doors.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 30 days prior; 75% refund within 30 days.
