Prayer Requests and Pastoral Care
We handle prayer and pastoral care submissions with care and discretion. By default, requests are shared only with appropriate staff/elders/prayer team members. If you indicate “confidential,” we will limit sharing accordingly. Please avoid including sensitive details about others without their permission.
Children and Youth
We follow Safe Church practices. For programs involving minors, we collect only what is reasonably necessary (e.g., parent/guardian contact, medical/allergy notes, permissions). We obtain consent from a parent/guardian where required. Photos of minors are used only with prior consent per our Photo & Media policy.
Photo, Video, and Livestream
We may capture photos/video or livestream services and events to celebrate community life and share updates.
• We aim to post respectful content.
• If you prefer not to appear, tell a greeter/leader or email admin@neerlandiacrc.ca so we can accommodate.
• Parents/guardians control media consent for minors.
• If you appear in a published photo/video and want it removed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

We use cookies and similar tools to operate the site and understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work as intended. We do not use interest-based advertising/remarketing on this site.
Sharing Your Information
